Ciro dies and at his wake his four best friends reminisce about the best adventures of their lives. Álvaro tells Neto that João is not Ciro's son.

Ciro talks to Neto about love. Ciro and Ruth get married. Neto meets Celia's parents. Célia and Neto get married. Neto finds Célia dead.

EP 3 - Capítulo III
Neto is shocked by his wife's death and falls into a deep depression. Irene has a crisis and asks her daughter to call Álvaro. Álvaro manages to calm Irene down.

EP 4 - Capítulo IV
Ruth is sad that she can't get pregnant and argues with Ciro. Norma has her second baby and Silvio no longer seems to care about the family. Ciro discovers that he is sterile.

EP 5 - Capítulo V
Friends argue and celebrate the Brazil match on television. Sílvio projects himself by labeling his friends. At Neto's wake, Sílvio asks Ribeiro who will be next.

EP 6 - Capítulo VI
Ribeiro throws Suzana and her friend out of his house. Silvio puts them up in an apartment. Neto dies. Silvio leaves Norma on Christmas Eve. Silvio discovers he has Parkinson's disease.
